As the information contained in Teach/Me is available in different forms, and with a considerable number of documents, it is of ultimate importance to provide the student and the teacher with quick and easy access to this material. Teach/Me allows a selection via three different modes of retrieval:

• a table of contents (expandable and collapsable, similar to the familiar Windows explorer)
• a key index which is extracted from special author-supplied tags in the text
• a full text index, which refers to all available texts

The index is designed to enable minimum access times. A collection of several thousand entries is available within fractions of a second.
