0.61	2006-12-05	index improved; old terminology "kilocycles" etc. replaced by "kHz" etc; ebook is now available as zip archive to avoid security problems.
0.60	2006-04-27	index completed; broken hyperlinks fixed; first "see also" links added; links to simulations added
