3D Scaling with Homogeneous Coordinates

The scaling in three-dimensional space can be accomplished by setting the scaling elements Sx, Sy, and Sz of the homogeneous transformation matrix to the appropriate coefficients. The other elements are either 0 or 1:

The scaling can be inverted by using the reciprocal values of the scaling components Sx, Sy, and Sz.
