An Experiment About Air Pressure

1. I fill a glass with water. Next, I cover the glass with a gauze bandage and attach it with a rubber band.

2. I turn the glass upside down. Nothing happens.

Explanation: The air pressure presses against the glass from all directions and keeps the water in the glass.
