Fruits and Vegetables

Fruits and vegetables are super healthy and don’t make you plump.

We like them a lot and it is very difficult for us to pass them up.

Sweets make you fat, and contain no vitamins, but proteins, unfortunately.

When we chew them and digest them, we immediately notice that we turn pale!

THEREFORE YOU SHOULD EAT MORE FRUITS AND VEGETABLES!!!!!!!
